Alcoves are challenging areas to furnish and frequently go unused. Why not use Made To Measure Woodwork Ltd to create custom fitted alcove cabinets for you? They can be used as cabinets on their own or in combination with built in fitted shelving units above or floating shelves. Every project is custom made in our workshop, so we can take into account any unique storage needs you may have.
We offer a wide range of design options available to suit everyone’s preferences. You can choose between flat doors and shaker doors, with additional beading available for the shaker doors. Worktops can be simple flat edged worktops or our custom moulding edged worktops. If you have an example of a design that you want us to recreate, we can execute that as well.
Every budget is catered to. All of our cabinet interiors are made from Oak Melamine boards, and the exterior bits, such as the doors, worktops, infills, and floating shelves/built in shelving units, are available in raw MDF for the customer to paint, or we can apply two coats of primer so that the customer can go straight on with their final coat of paint. Alternatively, we can spray paint finish it in our workshop so that it arrives to you completely finished. The advantage of this is that if you decide to paint it yourself, you won’t have to worry about painting the difficult interiors because they are already done with the boards used.
